UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING!!

This is by far the worst feel I accept ever had trying to send money… I tried to send $500 to my sister considering she needed money for schoolhouse clothes and supplies for my 3 nieces. I put all my data in and hitting confirm to ship. I then got a message saying I needed to verify some things, so I added my drivers license and everything they needed. I got a bulletin saying "your transfer is under review this commonly takes 30 minutes blah blah blah" a whole day goes by and it still said the same thing. It wouldn't even let me try to send another one unless I canceled the showtime one!! Ok my sister really needs the coin at this indicate so I cancel and try again. I GET THE SAME Bulletin near the xxx min crap. I'chiliad worried if I abolish it again and endeavour to transport a new transfer that i might mess something up. Another twenty-four hours goes by and zippo. I finally just went alee and used a unlike platform only this is absolutely ridiculous!! The sole purpose of this app is to be able to transfer money so I'k really only confused and highly upset that I wasn't able to and not only that there was no clear reason as to why information technology was happening I never got an email or anything. A complete waist of fourth dimension and my sister had to look almost a week and go buy school supplies the night before the outset day of schoolhouse considering of this. Not WORTH IT .

The showtime time I used it was no issue, I've send my mom coin apparently she was blocked from the organisation I and so proceeded to enquire the lady from customer service if she was able to change the proper name of the receiver and she kept ignoring everything I said. I asked several times if it would be easier to simply change the senders name similar they usually do in store and she kept maxim that they didn't practise that when in the app information technology clearly stated "call customer service " to edit the name . I ended up getting a re-fund then proceeded to send my dad money none the less had another problem and called immediately only to go no answer it'due south been the 14 fourth dimension I phone call and accept to become through all he options only to become to the bespeak where information technology says " agree in the line for a customer service representative " and about 5 seconds later an operating talking another language pops up and the call is concluded out of all 14 calls just ane went through and had me waiting "a couple of minutes " that turned into over a 30 minute expect but for them to never pick upward . I so emailed them with the problem but said I would be contact within 24 hrs ! Are you serious ? But withal nothing ... I've called 3 different numbers of there so claimed 24& 24/7 60 minutes customer service wich is a total bs . & hither I am struggling merely because apparently information technology would be cheaper and more convenient when u yet end up paying more less the same thing .
